As the mother of a teen with autism and significant needs, Sarah offers a unique level of expertise in working both with children with complex issues and their families. She is highly skilledin assisting children, couples, and families dealing with autism and developmental disabilities in addition to ADHD, grief, parenting, and relationship issues.

Utilizing strength-based strategies, sensory regulation, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy, with her cheerful, open spirit, Sarah will meet you right where you are and guide you through the obstacles toward where you want to be. She sees children, teens, and adults, individuals and couples.
