Madison psychologist and practice manager
I will guide you through your experience at Westside, from your first contact, to connecting you with the best therapist for your needs and schedule, through to the completion of treatment, when I will touch base with you again to inquire about your satisfaction. The quality of care you receive here is my first priority. As I move into more of an administrative role, I am so proud to support my team of fantastic therapists in offering expert services to those in need in our community. I pride myself on our customer service, and am deeply committed to a constant effort to refine and improve on all our practices.
Background & Approach
My own therapy hours are limited, but in my work, I strive to foster an interactive relationship geared toward helping you develop your own internal resources and capabilities so that you leave with new skills for dealing with your struggles. Becoming more conscious of your patterns, and learning how to create opportunities to make different choices in a more mindful way gives rise to a more positive sense of yourself and your power to influence your experience of life. I have practiced as a Madison psychologist for over 20 years, working with adults, adolescents, and children, individuals, and couples. I see people dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, LGBTQ concerns, relationship issues, sexual matters, grief, trauma, loneliness, unhappiness, eating disorders, and infertility.
I am trained in the Collaborative Divorce process, within which I am available to serve as Divorce Coach or Child Specialist. As a Certified Mediator, I work to resolve all manner of differences through a facilitative process including divorce mediation and post-settlement agreements.
