 Rachel has the rare gift of easily engaging with almost anyone. Her warmth, ready smile, and steady gaze work together to invite confidence and trust. Dedicated to serving marginalized populations by promoting and advocating for the dignified and culturally informed treatment of persons of all gender, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds and identities, Rachel has worked with many vulnerable individuals, including women affected by prostitution, those suffering from severe psychopathology, and AODA. This grounding in high-needs work has resulted in the even handed care and respect she extends to you and every other client.

Trained in EMDR, and proficient in Spanish, Rachel offers trauma informed care to teens and adults of all ages. She treats anxiety, depression, eating disorders, gender concerns, and many other issues, extending expert assistance and deep compassion to you as you move through the change process.

In addition to her superb training, Rachel brings exuberance and style to her work. She is just fun to be with. Even while addressing painful and difficult matters, you will benefit from her light spirit.
