Viewing each person as a unique and cultural individual, she treats every person with dignity and kindness.
Megan works from a humanistic, interpersonal process approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and existential therapies. She is a trauma-informed provider and is trained in EMDR. She is also licensed as a clinical substance abuse counselor and frequently works with impaired professionals.
