Megan has a luminous quality tempered by grounded pragmatism. Highly skilled, with a yogi’s warrior heart, she is both fearless and gentle in her approach. She will meet you wherever you are, and with a combination of warmth, encouragement, and guidance, she will illuminate your path forward. 

Focused on resilience and strength, Megan is practiced in facilitating your journey through trauma, adversity, grief, loss, and change toward stability, connection, and engagement. She believes the healing power of positive relationships and honesty will advance you in life’s journey. Viewing each person as a unique and cultural individual, she treats every person with dignity and kindness.

Megan works from a humanistic, interpersonal process approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and existential therapies. She is a trauma-informed provider and is trained in EMDR. She is also licensed as a clinical substance abuse counselor and frequently works with impaired professionals.
