Faith is a Lerner in many ways. She greets each person with such kindness and curiosity, wanting to learn all about you. Her wide ranging interests, and the many different things she has done in life attest to this constant excitement about learning more. From South Asian Studies to Photography, Chaplaincy to Biography and Social Art, Faith has engaged in many different pursuits within and beyond the world of psychotherapy.
Her specialties as a therapist include working with older adults experiencing life transitions, working with persons with chronic or terminal illness and disabilities, grief and loss, trauma, working within individual's spiritual frameworks, and with individuals seeking more connection with what is meaningful in their lives (chaplaincy in everyday life), parenting, caregiving, couples therapy, family therapy, depression, and anxiety.
Faith has advanced training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Geriatric mental health, Psychosynthesis, Biography, and Social Art.
Wherever you begin, Faith will meet you right where you are, and work with you to find the way forward to where you want to be.
