What you pay attention to grows. Pay attention to your loveliness, your magnificent self. Begin now.
— Geneen Roth

Whatever she touches grows. From her clients, to failing plants in the waiting room, when Casey applies her skills, things begin to flourish. She is gifted with calm, and her soothing voice and presence will immediately affect you. As you enter her office, you will know right away that this is not your average therapy experience. Casey gives you time to be yourself in a safe and relaxed space. As a fully trained Marriage and Family Therapist, she integrates mindfulness and somatic approaches into her work. She is a holistic healer with years of experience counseling using integrative nutrition and health coaching.

Casey is passionate about supporting you as a whole person. She sees men and women who are struggling with body concerns, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, and relationships. She knows that relationships, exercise, work life, spirituality, and the food you put into your body are all vital to your well being. She supports you along all these interacting dimensions.

Casey’s office is a refuge from the hustle and bustle around you. The minute you enter her room, you will find yourself slowing down and letting go. Like an island of ease in the midst of life’s demands — sometimes it is hard to leave when your time is up.
