Storms make trees take deeper roots.
— Dolly Parton

With a Ph.D. in Art History, Ashley brings a unique perspective to her therapy work. Coming from a deeply wholistic orientation, she attends closely to the complex constellation of the psychological, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual states you inhabit at any given place and time. This full perspective opens multiple avenues for change, and facilitates your growth along many paths simultaneously.

With a strong interest in trauma, Ashley is trained in EMDR as well as TF-CBT, and is knowledgable in the use of DBT skills. She enjoys working with adolescent and adult individuals.

While grounded and well-rooted in technical expertise, Ashley’s buoyant sense of humor balances her brilliant intellect, resulting in an approachable, engaging interpersonal style. In working with her, you will feel the benefits of both, resulting in a well supported but energized experience.

ALL Westside therapists welcome and affirm members of the LGBTQI community, as well as any other groups who struggle for support, acceptance, and recognition.
