Andrew is so delighted to be exactly where he is, doing exactly what he is doing, that his enthusiasm is infectious. Superbly trained, he brings incisive thinking to the puzzle of how best to assist you.

Andrew bridges the gap between academic research and clinical practice with activity in both realms. He maintains an active research program at UW Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, while utilizing his clinical skills in practice at Westside.

His approach to case conceptualization and intervention is grounded in cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based theories, and he is particularly interested in offering services to individuals struggling with depression and/or anxiety.

Comfortable with adults of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, Andrew welcomes you to engage with him in pursuit of wellness.

ALL Westside therapists welcome and affirm members of the LGBTQI community, as well as any other groups who struggle for support, acceptance, and recognition.
