The sun shines not on us, but in us.
— John Muir

Do not be deceived by her youthful appearance. Abby connects effortlessly with clients of all ages and all concerns. She emanates an unstudied poise and confidence that will put you at ease in no time. With a calm, sure hand, Abby quickly discerns deeper issues, and creates a space free of judgement or demand, in which you can simply be yourself — the starting place of all true healing. She is drawn to helping people develop their own resources, and learning to harness their own strengths and wisdom to effect change.

Trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Abby sees individuals, couples and families, children through older adults. She is skilled working with eating disorders, sexual concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, and post partum depression. Imbued with the wisdom of an old soul in a young person, she works equally well with older adults and young children.

Both practical and imaginative, Abby works in concrete ways to help you make the changes you are seeking, while also facilitating a deeper understanding of how you got to where you are.

ALL Westside therapists welcome and affirm members of the LGBTQI community, as well as any other groups who struggle for support, acceptance, and recognition.
