The sun shines not on us, but in us.
— John Muir

In the midst of her graduate training as a Masters intern, Abby is eager to work with clients of all ages and all concerns. She may be relatively new to the profession, but she emanates such poise and confidence, that you’ll forget that in no time. Abby has spent years in helping roles, from working with AmeriCorps, to volunteering at the Canopy Center. Her extensive work with children and families has confirmed her desire to be in a helping profession. Abby is drawn to a solution focused approach, wanting to help people develop their own resources, harnessing their own strengths and capabilities to effect change.

We have been impressed by Abby’s quick understanding, and her ease in assuming the role of therapist. Research tells us that it is the practitioners closest to training who often perform the best, so consider giving Abby a try.

ALL Westside therapists welcome and affirm members of the LGBTQI community, as well as any other groups who struggle for support, acceptance, and recognition.
